Did I get the Job or Not get the Job?

This morning I got woken up with fluff telling me that my phone was ringing.

The number was unknown but fluff checked and it was the number for the job I've been trying to get.

So I called them back, and was told that its was a wrong number. So does that mean that I have made the short list or does that just mean there fucking with me?

Monday shooting

Another day another night with no sleep, but I had to get up, I have a promise to keep.

Today was the day of the Happy Street shoot. A friend of mine is a singer/songwriter. Shes happy smiley and always thinks the best of people, someone who is great to be around so I was looking forward to working with her.

We headed up to Richmond at 09.00, anyone who knows me knows that just like my father I don't do mornings! But with my tea and fluff making me smile I took the day with both hands.

The Bigham Hotel was the location and at the shoot we had a Pro (Louise May) with a nice kit and loads helpful tips, a semi-pro and me, as well as fluff to help director. The sun was kinda shinning through the window but I love shooting on gray days, It defuses the light and give a lovely light.

My Job today was to assistant and to take behind the scenes photos of the shoot. The photos from my side of things wil be up soon on my site soon.(LINK)

Fire Poi In the Car Park

So out I went, down the stares with the staff and the fuel. This is the 1st time i have burn this staff and boy did I like it. Some of the African Christians that live upstairs was coming back from church with that long white robs and head dresses pulled up in a car, waited till i finished before leaving the car. Funny cos without me seeing, they had left again and after I finished another burn they came out of the car again.

Something tells me they think I'm the DEVIL playing with fire or something, other came, passed and looked back again. I don't think that normal people have seen fire dancing before. Loads fun with just my headphones in and nothing to brother me

A day of smoking and Promises

This morning I really felt like shit, a high fever that keeped my awake more of the night. Then I got up and out fast as I needed to drop off some DVDs/Games to Blockbusters. (why do you rent 2 movies when you never get the watch both)

On the way home I had a few smokes, Something that I have been doing a little to often of late. With a lot of stress going on in my life I have been smoking a few fags something that I'm planing to cut down and im going to be working on cutting it out completely.

After a little talk with fluff about this one thing........... We had a nice sit down and a chat about loads random thing, it felt really nice to chat and just get some things off my chest. Then in a very round about way(not saying it at all), She talked me into spinning the fire staff.

Shaven or not?

As a man I grow up with the through that hair meant you are a big man... I was one of the 1st guys at my school to have hair on my chest. I felt so grown up and then everything changed.

I have always watched WWE and the men there had hair apart from the body builders. Now you look at any mag or adverts and there all looking like little boys without a single hair on there bodies.

What can us men that have one idea in our minds of what a man should look like, to then have the world tell us otherwise? Now i know what a woman has to go through every day of her life... shaving is bad enough let alone doing my chest as well

Smoking again so you can tell that I'm stressed, after meeting up and seeing loads of people I dont feel that i got the rest that i needed. Funny how I get so much time off but yet I cant get that chilled out mind that I should have... think i need a holiday some time soon

Friday With Feeling

Today we had a mixed bag of goodies.

1st on the list was to get some food in our belly's. So we headed to one of London's oldest and most loved pie and mash shops.

Then off to the shops where fluff got a new bag (another one!) and walked up to blockbusters for some movies, The plan for tonight was a zombie flim night that got crossed into a horror night.

We got Sorority Row and Inglourious Basterds, Some thing shocking and something funny. Shame then sorority row was a little shit and to keep the theme for tonight we started Doomsday. Did not finish it was it went from Resident Evil to Mad Max 2 in about 30 seconds - and not in a good way.

Food tonight was a team effet tonight, I did the frying and Fluff did the green stuff (see below) Inglourious Basterds will be getting hit tomorrow and maybe I'll get to play a little longer on the Xbox as did not get to much done today

Finished off the CV and have now sent it so I'm hoping that I should hear something from Tuesday... Keep them fingers crossed for me

Witrh some luck I might have a new job in a place that I've wanted to work in a long time, I'm not going to say any more as I don't wanna look a fool if I don't get it.

Something different today

Well today I woke up feeling like real poo poo but then whats new.

The plan: to do a semi shoot for a friend as shes shopping for cloths, Beyond Retro was the set!

They do a helper thing for shoots and a good friend of mine has a new CD coming out so this is all for the shoot and one day "behind the scenes". Loads shopping and fun with the 3 of us

I also saw a really cool band jacket that i fell in love with but not this month... maybe next time.

Wednesday night delight

What should have been a chilled night turned into a bit of a nice day.

1st job on the list was to get Jinxie some new food, Tuna is going to be this months chose.

I also found a place that sells the fuel for my poi, so next time ill get to burn my new snakes

2nd was a hair cut, Queenie and pookie came over for a little while, always nice to have them.After a trip down to Nados, we headed back to the flat and watched some bad YouTube vids (Like the one below)

The hair came out nice and but Queenie and I was very happy with it, Also after only about 7 hours.. Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is done and now I get to jump deep into the multi-player.

Spits

Tonights at spits, We did some stage fighting.

Learning how to through punchs and kicks with a little slaps in between.

Micheal did a great workshop and was trying out some new moves like the triquetra.

Afterwards off to the local for a quick drink, then kebab and home. Sweet

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 (DAY2)

Today I woke up feeling like shit, Think spending a day in wet jeans is coming back to haunt me. Feeling cold, runny noise and a headache is not the best way to spend a Monday.

One good thing is that I could play all day on Bad Company 2, Well I say all day, I did not get outa my womb(bed) till 16.30. So I got a few hours just playing the single player witch I have to say is a little rubbish, nothing that terrible just the bad script and the fellow N.P.Cs (non-player character) are just boring. I find it hard to care about them. Cut scene every few feet that kill the flow. I Think I'm nearly at the end now and after only playing for about 6 hours total, I'm happy I rented it and did not buy it.

I'm still looking forward to playing more of the multi-player, Its fun and different if you are a little bornd with COD4 and getting your arss handed to you by a 12 year old in Iona. Then this is as good as any to take your mind off killing an American youth.

Some tips if you wanna play online, its about team work on this game, no lone wolf shit.

Today was a little bit crazy, slept in and had to rush out to drop a game off at Blockbusters. Unknown to me I did not have to bring it back till tomorrow, not all bad as they did have the game i wanted.

Beening up at a nice time for a change, the sun still high in the sky. Anyways as i was walking up from camberwell I looked down and saw a lost flower growing up through a crack, of a busted sidewalk (My Favorite song). Funny whats there when you look.

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 (DAY1)

Well I doped of Dragon age today and oh guess what they had..... go on ill give you 3 guesses!

Ok I kinda gave it away in the title. Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is a 1st person shooter from EA for the 360, PS3 and PC.

Story: Well i dont think that they really even through about this one, theres bad guys something about a weapon and then you go kill them bad guys till you have said weapon. Think straight to DVD US action movie.

Gameplay: Controls feel a little old, like MOH on the PS1, It just does not move like a monden shooter, After a while you do get used to it. Destructible environments make the game feel fresh and knowing that your cover could be blown away at any second really keeps you on your toes

If you have this game or thinking about getting it, then you need to know about the multi-player.

This it the real reason why this game has been made and that the bate ass story is there. With 4 game types and 4 different classes there doesnt seam to be much but wait theres more. 12 on 12 players with maps that really do feel open and miles across, For all the COD4 player missing vehicles then your going to get your fix here. features 15 vehicles, including Tanks, Black Hawk, a quad bike, a two-man patrol boat, Watercraft, Light tank, and a UAV.

After only playing it today I am liking it but I will let you know more as I do

Dragon Age: Origins Review part2

After just talking to a friend about Dragon Age, I remember that I only do an by the hour review of it, now I have played some more I have some more to say.

I've now done the starting mission for the City Elf, the Woodland Elf then Dwarf Noble and theHuman Mage. Only have the land Dwarf and the human noble left.

I do have to say that I have only got to the 1st REAL mission as I have to take the game back tomorrow to blockbusters or i would have played it more. As the story is all the same apart from the starting Missions.

Saying that I would love to get the game at a later date, to do the rest of the story and I might even rent it again if they don't have Bad Company 2. If not then i'll pick it up once its doped to a nice price

Yahtzee has the right idea about this game but Its not to bad, play and jidge for yourself but if your into long RPG games from BioWare Then you will enjoy this one

Another Saturday night in

Saturday used to be a night for fun, a night for rocking my socks off.

These days I just cant be arssed, with work and everything I find it harder and harder to give a shit.

I just play games and find a way to get through the week looking forward to the next spits or dance time with my friends.

Today we had a friend over for dinner and I just felt like a warmed up turd that was doing nothing but skull fuck the mood. Dripping with distain and just being a bit of a knob cheese.

All in all I think she and Fluff had fun but i was away in Zero Punctuation Land. Believe me it was better for the 3 of us lol.

Today Was a kinda random friends day in the end, DNBX and Puss&BootS popped around tonight, I got to pop into my tattoo artiest for the 1st time since i got my ink.

Got to have a little chat with my friends and a shit load of teas(Makes everything better).

Now im watching last years Wrestle-mania (25), We have the Undertaker Vs My hero Shawn Michaels. It was just a great fight, both men could have won at any moment but it just did not end, For the ones that dont know- Undertaker has never lost at Wrestle-mania, his 17-0 after beating Shawn last year. This Year its happening again, Difference this time its the 17-0 streak of the Undertaker Vs the 25 year long career of Shawn Michaels.

Watch Next Sundays to find out and I dont care who you are.... This ones going to top the whole event and who ever watch, will be on the edge of the seat

Xbox360 Slim?

Well this is the little motherboard thats coursing all of the fuse today.

Its been leaked that A new board has recently been completed in China

"The images allegedly show a completely redesigned model that combines the console’s CPU and GPU in a single, small chip for the first time."

In other words there making the chips smaller to then make the console smaller. PlayStation been doing this for years and now that the Xbox360 is pushing 5years maybe its time for Microsoft to do the same as Sony.

There are a few things that if they are bring one out I think they should include in this new one

1. New disk drive, no tray just a slip in one
2. Fix off the R.R.O.D
3. Bring in 3rd party HDDs
4. Inbuilt WiFi
5. Less noise from the fans

Yea you could say a few others like the power brick and stuff but there just nit picking.

Dragon Age: Origins

Where to start...

1st off this is a 20 plus hour RPG so im ONLY going on the hour that I have played.

This is from the same guys that made Mass Effect and many other great classic games. BioWare is know for its great writing and coming from such games as knights of the old republic and Baldur's Gate. You expect some things, one of them things for me is my charter talking. You chose a response to someone talking to you and then they talk. Without you saying a thing, it kinda fucks with your immersion.

The Combat is the same out of knights of the old republic in witch you miss most of the strike with a sword or shots with the bow. After Mass Effects game play i through we had moved on by this point.

Story: Well after only an hour I have completed the 1st part of the game, 10 points for each of the rase in the game, Man Elth and a dwarf

Im renting this game till Monday so I'm going to try and play as much as possible till then. I do have to say that it was not my 1st choice in block busters. That was Battlefield: Bad Company 2 but as that was out i got this one. Saying that I am thinking of buying it once it comes down a bit

Poi In Sidcup.

Soon after meeting up with my friends at Spits, We headed off to the party land of Sidcup. About an hour or so and 2 bus's later we get to new Elthem and walked up the street. I was with Shy, Cheshire and the man that could whip your ass on almost any game you have (Need a nick name for you but ill work on that one)

After a little round of Guitar Hero world tour and some pizza, we chilled and played with Pookie(Cheshire's Ipet), We went on a search for some fuel for my new fire snakes. One pretal station did not have it, but thats ok, there are 2 more on the way to the park. One of the 2 had closed down, the other had 2 marked police cars outside it. We was not doing anything wrong but then if we got fuel at that time of night, they might wanna know why. But then we looked anyways, and nothing there anyways.

So we went to the park with just the flowtoys, but they looked after me and the rest of the crew.

And the Day is still going

Still on Tuesday here... After the shoot I had to fly home as I'm going off to spits.

So I get home and jump in the shower, I'm still freezing cold from the filming and stayed in there for about 20mins.... trying slowly to warm back up again. Packed a bag and then off I went again. no Rest for the wicked.

Getting to Liverpool st just felt so long, maybe being up all day and not really picking up and food might be getting to me now. Shame we was only there for about 20mins, more to come as skinny goes to Sidcup.

Pendulum Shoot!!

9 in the morning! I dont do morning but I was up and out of the house on time. My route was Camberwell - Vauxhall - Euston - Bromley by Bow. Wow that was fun getting there. 3 Mills Studios(Above) Is kinda on an island and looks like something you would see in Oliver Twist movie.

After getting through make up and a bit of sorting out in the studio, The filming started! Then it was time to get wet... VERY wet! About 60 people Moshing with water pouring all over us from a sprinkler. Soaking wet and dripping we went out to lunch, thank god the sun was shinning so we could dry off a little. Being one of the 12 featured extras I was up again in the next bit, same as before but with a much closer shot but with only 12 of us moshing the big wind machine was alot harder and then the water alot faster.

All in all I had a reallygreat time and met some really cool people, I hope that I can do something like that again some time. The vid should be out the end of next month.

Tuesday Was a Long day

When you have an early morning most would get and early night.

You know, pack your bag for the next day, get your things together and in bed at a nice time.

Yea your right, I don't do early nights, Fluff and I poped by Blockbusters on the way home and got a few bits.

• Dragon Age-Origins: Xbox360 R.P.G thats just half way between Star Wars:Knights of the Old Republic and J R R Tolkien. A game that so far I have not really played yet. 8/10(so far)

• DogHouse: A Zombie movie that we never got to see. N/A

• Zombieland: This one looked like the movie of anyone thats played Left4Dead. 7/10

Only played the game for a few mins and we watched Zombieland. Skinny was not in bed till 3.45am, and I had to be on the other side of London by 9.00am

Watercolour Is going to be there next single and thanks to someone I know, i got to be in the Video. Its not out for a few more weeks and i think its the end of next month. It started with a crazy dream, about a tidy weekender run by the guy from Pineapple Dance studios, Louie Spence was running the event and everyone for the old raving days were there.

Off to my mums to see her on mothers day, My dad and brother were there as well as my little nephew. We had a nice time getting my mum all made up with some cool make up that we had gotten her. She also got some roses and a teddy bear keyring from my bro and a little bag from my nephew.

Tonight we went out to have a drink for are friends Birthday.

Cookie Monster was happy and looking great for her night on the town, shame that the 1st chose turned out to be a comedy club.

Kitchen 101 at Center Points was the bar we ended up in.

Nice sound system and a ok staff, Drinks were a decent price but the food sucked.

All in all a realy fun and chilled night.

New Kitty

Well its not a hidden bit of information but i wanna get a new cat. Funny because one of my best friends just had some kittens, 5 tiny little balls of fur with big blue eyes and tiny little nosies.

There are 2 that I love the look of but the Attitude of them is some friendly and love to explore the flat, I'm hoping to take one if I can talk fluff into it... so far im losing but I'm just started.

Having my cat Jinx for the last 4.5 years have been so happy and Ive always regretted not keeping one of Jinxes litters. I think its time for some more love in the M.S.C.

Today its died.

3 years ago I went out on my little flat in Stockholm on the mission to get myself a new phone. I wanted the white one... you know that cute one that looks hard and soft at the same time (waiting on a friend to get the model number).

Tonights Movie: Underworld Rise Of The Lycans

Alice in Wonderland

Well im not going to be making any spoilers in this blog as i know a few of my friends are going to see it in the week. I will say that its ok, nothing mind bending but then im never going to get that in a Hollywood blockbuster any more.

The 3D was not as much 3D as is was blurring the background out a little more then normal. no where near the level of 3D magic as the last i went to see James Cameron's Avatar.

Got a new toy today, Remember my blog on using my iPod as an alarm?

Well to do this i had to leave my speakers on all night, there only little ones but i dint like leaving anyting on and using power, saving the plaint and all. Well Fluff was going to get me Bayonetta from Morrisons, They had it on the Xbox for only £26.99.

Shame we got down there and they had sold out, Want a sucky thing! It was going to be my late Valentin's day... sad skinny. So today I went up to London and got something a little different.

Its a Dock with a simple trick. It charges the iPod and using the software on the pod to become an alarm clock. Waking you up with your own playlists.

Now I'm going to have make some playlists to wake me up.... I'm open to offers to turns?

Funny What music can do for you

You might think I'm crazy or just off my rocker but when I was young. In this young state I watched a movie that I was not proud of but I watched it anyways.

Striptease stared Demi Moore with a story line about a mother trying to get her daughter back and working are a exotic dancer but it had lots of titties, Why else would you watch this movie?But in one scene it had the complete opposite reaction to me. The song and the dance was just so normal and natural, It was happy without being sexual.

Little bird by Annie Lennox, some of you might know it but some might not. I was just lissening to a Album I got from the net, This Dance CD had a remix of this song and it took me right back to my room at my foster mums. Funny how things work but I just watched that scene again and its still got that free kinda feeling.

Maybe my mind just does not work the same as most guys.

Ok well a few weeks ago i went to Timeless at Hidden (Pics on my site).

While PussInBoots and I was dancing in the outside bit, we got given a CD, nothing weird there but Tonight im having a lissen and I would like to give this Dj some props!

Dj Mike Avery has put together some good tunes here and he has 3 of his CD ready to be downloaded from this site (link at the top).

A long Call from an Old Friend

Last night i got a call from one of my oldest and closet friends. I have not heard from him in a while and have not seen him in nearly 2years.

I felt really happy, seeing his name flick up on my mobile, We start chatting as if we have not missed a beat and like was only chatted a few hours ago. 3hours or so later I had to go as my battery was dieing but I'am hoping to see him soon.

Im not going to get into what we talked about or anything like that, But it does remind me that a good friend - A true friend is only a phone call away.

Tuesday Fun in The Sun

Well this was a long day, but after my fun with the alarm. Fluff and I headed up to Brockwell Park(South London) for a little walk.

Seeing the 1st of the spring flowers, the dogs running around and the bird flying on what was a really nice sunny day was great. We walked down to a low hanging branch. She sat on it and looked beautiful hanging there, we took some shots but I might put them up later

1st Alarm was set for 12.30 with the playlist "Chilled" what I got was the theme for The Exorcist. Not nice to wake up to, believe me! the next was set to the Indie playlist at 13.00 and I got more chilled music in there then the "Chilled" Playlist lol. This song being one of them.
