Today Was going to be a lazy day for me, work on some of the pics from Wed shoot and play some games... I did have to pop to the shops to get some food, not a big thing at all.while i was out getting some food in i saw something that I have never seen before.
Real Lancashire Eccles cake, something new but sounded funny so i picked them up.
7mins in the oven and out they came, smelling of something like a figues cake, but it turns out it was they have Currants in them.
On the back of the bag it read
"These cakes are individually made from the finest ingredients obtainable in order to re-capture the authentic appearance and flavour of a Real Lancashire Eccles cakes"
